Scott Conrad

Scott joined the team in 2025 after being in the corporate world for several years. He has been attending Central since 2019. He is married to Lauren who is a Labor and Delivery nurse at Mercy Fort Smith. Scott graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing. In 2024, He graduated from Ozark Christian College with a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry. Scott is passionate about connecting people’s passions and gifts with their faith and service to Christ. Above all, He desires to help others become all that God has created them to be, being fully devoted to God in all aspects of their life. In his free time, Scott is an avid golfer, a mediocre pickleballer, and an even worse board game player. He enjoys spending time doing anything that places him around people, especially if it involves good food. Scott's favorite chapter of scripture is Colossians 3.
