Our Leadership

Central is led by elders who are selected from among our congregation to provide oversight, accountability and vision for accomplishing our mission in Fort Smith and around the world.

Our elders come from various church backgrounds, but are deeply committed to following the prescription and example for leadership found throughout scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9).

Central’s paid staff team devote their full attention to the ministry and mission of Central. Under the leadership of our elders, our staff team provides structure and oversight of the various tasks, ministries and volunteers at Central.

Our elders and staff work together to provide effective ministry to the body of Central. We believe that our leaders, both elders and staff, are called to prepare God’s people for works of service (Ephesians 4:11-13).
